Major: Computer Science
Ever since I was young, I’ve always loved challenging myself and figuring out how much potential I truly have. Computer Science is a difficult major that tests your analytical and problem solving skills while tackling rigorous tasks that require outside-the-box thinking and is exactly why I love and believe it is the right major for me. Being new to CWIT, I look forward to the experiences I will undergo at UMBC and will take advantage of all the opportunities CWIT will provide for me. As the first member in my family to attend a university, especially one as prestigious as UMBC, my experience here will mean everything to myself, as well as my family and I am ready for this next chapter in my life.
