CWIT has given me a community that supports me personally, academically, and professionally as a female engineer. I made friends living on the CWIT floor that I now live with as a senior. CWIT also matched me with multiple mentors who have given me advice on classes, professors, and jobs and internships. Multiple networking events have helped me prepare to connect with professionals in the mechanical engineering field. The experience and feeling of community CWIT has given me has been invaluable as an engineering student.
